Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from PureSignal Research, LLC you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PureSignal Research does not accept returns under any circumstances. Once a vial has left our facility, we cannot accept it back regardless of reason. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our compounds and the safety of our researchers.

2. No Refunds on Opened or Used Compounds

Refunds will not be issued for any opened, used, reconstituted, or otherwise handled compound. Research compounds are sensitive biological materials — once the seal is broken, chain-of-custody and compound integrity cannot be verified.

3. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

PureSignal Research will only consider a remedy in the following limited circumstances:

(a) Wrong product shipped — you received a different compound than what was ordered;
(b) Confirmed shipping damage — the vial or packaging was damaged in transit, documented with photos submitted within 72 hours of delivery;
(c) Lost in transit — carrier tracking confirms the package was lost or marked undeliverable, or shows no delivery scan within a reasonable window after the expected delivery date, reported within 72 hours of that expected delivery date.

In these cases only, we will replace the item at no cost to you. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

To submit a damage, lost-package, or incorrect shipment claim, email contact@puresignalresearch.com within 72 hours of delivery (or, for a lost package, within 72 hours of the expected delivery date) with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging (for damage or incorrect-item claims) or your tracking number and its current status (for lost-package claims), and a description of the issue.

4. No Refunds For the Following

— Change of mind or order placed in error
— Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather, where the package is still confirmed in transit (see Section 3 for packages confirmed lost)
— Orders refused or seized by customs
— Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
— Failure to reconstitute or store compound correctly after delivery
— Research outcomes or results

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Contact contact@puresignalresearch.com immediately after placing your order. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Quality Assurance

Every compound is backed by a COA from an independent accredited laboratory confirming purity of ≥99% by HPLC. Request yours at contact@puresignalresearch.com.
