This policy describes how PureSignal Research ships orders placed through puresignalresearch.com. All products are RUO compounds supplied as lyophilized powder in sealed multi-dose vials.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time are typically processed the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking within 24 hours of dispatch. Orders flagged for attestation review may experience up to one additional business day delay.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method.
All compounds ship as lyophilized powder in sealed, tamper-evident multi-dose vials with cushioned protective packaging. Cold packs or insulated mailers are included where required by compound storage specifications. Packaging is discreet.
A COA is available for every batch upon request at contact@puresignalresearch.com.
International orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis to approved jurisdictions. International customers are solely responsible for: (a) ensuring import of research compounds is permitted in their country; (b) all customs duties, taxes, and import fees; (c) compliance with all local regulations.
Orders refused or seized by customs are non-refundable. PureSignal Research will not re-ship seized or refused orders.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for temperature-sensitive orders. A physical delivery address is required. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be lawfully shipped to the destination address.
If your order shows delivered but has not been received, check with neighbors and allow one additional business day before contacting the carrier. For lost or damaged shipments, contact us within 72 hours of the expected delivery date at contact@puresignalresearch.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos of any damage.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately after ordering if you notice an error. Orders returned due to undeliverable addresses will incur a re-shipping fee. Unclaimed orders not re-shipped within 14 days are non-refundable.
