If your order doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged or leaking, or the wrong item ships: tell us within 72 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we will replace it at no cost to you.
How to claim: email contact@puresignalresearch.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll confirm within one business day and ship the replacement.
What this guarantee doesn’t cover: it covers arrival and integrity — that what you ordered reaches you in the condition it left us. All sales are final: we replace verified problems; we don’t issue refunds. (See our Refund Policy.)
